Four homes. Plenty of living space.

A variety of housing options for Manfort

We are building four residential buildings at 15–21 Luisenstraße. A total of 56 apartments with two to four rooms are being constructed. The ground floor features private tenant gardens. Above these are apartments with balconies, and each building will have three penthouse apartments with rooftop terraces. Elevators connect all floors, ensuring barrier-free living. These buildings represent a new chapter in residential living in Manfort—with established infrastructure, short distances, and excellent transportation links, whether by car, bus, or train.

Environmental sustainability

Efficiently planned, built with a focus on resource conservation

The buildings are being constructed to the Energy Efficiency House 40 standard to ensure low energy consumption in the long term. District heating and solar power are integral parts of the energy concept. Recycled concrete is used as a building material to reduce resource consumption.

Social Responsibility

Supported, accessible, well-designed

The project combines publicly subsidized and privately financed housing. All apartments are designed to be barrier-free. In addition, two apartments are wheelchair-accessible to ensure unrestricted access and practical use for tenants with limited mobility. The variety of apartment sizes fosters a sense of community in this established neighborhood.

Innovation

Modular Construction with a System

The modular design forms the structural core of the project. It enables precise, factory-based manufacturing of building components, which are then assembled on site. This approach simplifies complex planning and construction processes, shortens construction times, and reduces emissions. At the same time, it minimizes logistical requirements and thus noise pollution during the construction phase.
