Operating Costs Accountant (m/f/d) – Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week)
Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of the operating cost statement for our buildings
- Processing all ongoing accounting transactions related to operating costs
- Billing Data Maintenance
- Accounting-Based Data Processing
- Tenants' point of contact for operating costs
Your Profile
- As an Operating Expenses Accountant (m/f/d), you have successfully completed vocational training in a business-related field (real estate agent or equivalent).
- You have extensive practical experience in the area of operating costs.
- You have a strong aptitude for numbers.
- You have an excellent grasp of numbers.
- You work reliably, independently, and take initiative. You are dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Full-Time Controller and Asset Management Specialist (m/f/d)
with the prospect of taking over as team leader.
Your Responsibilities—Varied and Full of Responsibility
- Preparation of monthly reports for WGL and WGL Service GmbH, including variance analyses
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, including financial and investment plans, for WGL and WGL Service GmbH in close coordination with divisional management
- Preparation, maintenance, and updating of cost-benefit analyses for maintenance and modernization projects as well as new construction projects
- Project tasks, such as implementing controlling software and a profit center structure
- Monitoring of Claims Settlements with Insurance Companies
- Preparation of funding applications, funding requests, and financial decision-making documents
- Providing business support for the implementation of measures, as well as preparing and reconciling final statements
Your Profile – Professionally Strong and a Good Personal Fit
- You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship with an additional qualification, such as a certification as an accountant (IHK), and ideally have completed further training in the field of controlling.
- You have several years of practical experience in controlling; knowledge of real estate financing is a plus.
- You have a strong grasp of numbers, work analytically, and present complex issues in a way that is easy to understand.
- You work reliably, independently, and with a sense of responsibility; you are dedicated and motivated; and you value teamwork.

Full-Time Financial Accounting and Operating Expense Settlement Clerk (m/f/d)
with the prospect of taking over as team leader.
Your Responsibilities—Varied and Full of Responsibility
- Preparation of the annual financial statements, the commercial and tax balance sheets, the notes to the financial statements, and the management report, including the compilation of figures for the annual report.
- Assisting with and overseeing the audit, as well as participating in tax audits as necessary.
- Preparation of monthly advance sales tax returns and the annual sales tax return.
- Management and monitoring of bank accounts, including investments.
- Preparation of figures for the New Municipal Financial Management system, in particular the compilation of the NKF reporting set.
- Audit of Special Tax Transactions.
- Monitoring and random audits of operating expense statements.
