The Future of Existing Buildings and New Construction

We design
Leverkusen

Living spaces that make a difference—for today and tomorrow. We provide a clear overview of what we’re currently working on, which renovation projects are underway, and how we’re continuing to develop our neighborhoods—always with a focus on fostering a sense of community.

Construction projects

We build for tomorrow—and for you

We create spaces for families, accessible solutions for seniors, and modern apartments for anyone who wants to live close to the city. We focus on well-designed floor plans, energy-efficient technology, and vibrant neighborhoods. No hasty decisions—just quality with a long-term vision.

Modernization

A home that is constantly evolving

Greater comfort, lower energy consumption, and solutions tailored to your lifestyle. We invest with a long-term perspective and modernize our systems regularly—not just when something breaks. This way, we preserve what works and make improvements step by step.

Renovation at Am Hohen Ufer

Quickly updated. Noticeably improved.

In Rheindorf, we are modernizing 24 apartments and renovating the bathrooms as part of a so-called “horizontal renovation.” Within just ten days, the bathrooms on all floors connected to a single pipe run will be renovated—from demolition to completion. In addition, the electrical systems will be modernized and a central ventilation system installed. The apartments will remain occupied throughout the construction period. This allows us to improve comfort and accessibility without residents having to leave their familiar living spaces.

Modernization of Werrastraße

Save energy. Improve your quality of life.

At Werrastraße 2–8, we are carrying out a comprehensive energy-efficient renovation of 32 rental apartments. The roof, facade, basement ceiling, and windows are being replaced, a controlled ventilation system is being installed, and solar thermal panels are being added to provide hot water. Balconies are being enlarged and bathrooms are being made accessible. Despite the renovation taking place while the building is occupied, residents’ homes remain intact. The modernization will provide greater comfort, lower energy consumption, and long-term, stable living quality.

Social infrastructure

Everyday Life for All Generations

We develop social infrastructure with a holistic approach. This leads, for example, to age-appropriate housing projects and high-quality daycare centers that ease the burden on families and strengthen neighborhoods.

Daycare Center for Rheindorf

A new place for little ones

On Bodestraße, we are building a daycare center with eight classrooms and space for up to 160 children. Bright, clearly laid-out rooms provide a safe environment and plenty of space for playing, learning, and resting. The modular construction design ensures quick completion times and high quality. A green roof and solar panels support energy-efficient operations. The result is an accessible space that strengthens families and brings the neighborhood together.

Opladen Senior Living Community

A Home in a Community

A new building is being constructed on Humboldtstrasse where older adults don’t have to live alone. With 24 units and three additional apartments, it combines private living spaces with communal daily life. Accessible rooms and on-site care provide security without sacrificing independence. The result is a place that fosters social engagement, relieves the burden on family members, and enriches the neighborhood with an important social resource.

At Home in the Neighborhood

Neighborhood development

We develop neighborhoods with a focus on housing, the surrounding environment, and community. This transforms living spaces into an environment that makes everyday life easier and strengthens the neighborhood.

Königsberger Platz Neighborhood, Rheindorf

Urban. Vibrant. Home.

Over the next few years, the Königsberger Platz district will evolve into a vibrant neighborhood characterized by diversity, warmth, and a strong sense of identity. As the developer of the entire site, we are shaping this place with great care and a clear goal: to create a home that impresses with its well-thought-out design and thoughtful details. Here, living, working, and shopping come together in modern architecture, surrounded by green retreats and open spaces designed for living.
