Housing is in short supply. That is why we allocate available apartments in a fair and transparent manner. There are several ways to find the right apartment.
Fill out the online form …
Using our online form for prospective tenants, you can create your personal apartment search profile and will be immediately registered in our tenant portal. This helps us match your housing preferences with suitable listings.
In special circumstances, we explore customized solutions. These include internal relocations as part of renovation or demolition projects, as well as situations where living circumstances change. For example, when the size of a household changes or an apartment no longer meets the needs of daily life.

Get a prospective buyer number
After submitting your information, you will receive your personal prospect number via email.
Match? Check the listing!
If a suitable apartment becomes available, we will contact you. You will receive a property description via email or mail.
Convinced? Schedule a tour!
If everything works out, we'd be happy to schedule a viewing with you.
Nothing there? Keep trying!
The right apartment may not be available right away. We’ll keep an eye out for you and check in with you every three months to see how things are going.
