Real Estate Agent at WGL

Your apprenticeship with us

At WGL, you’ll gain in-depth experience in all areas of the housing industry: property management, leasing, modernization, tenant services, facilities management, accounting, and much more. We provide in-house training for nearly everything you’ll need for your career.

Insights from our partners

You’ll learn about the aspects of your training that we don’t cover ourselves through our strong partners. During your work shadowing assignments, you’ll gain insight into these processes and understand key procedures.

Responsibility from the very beginning!

Your training program is exciting and varied. You’ll start taking on tasks independently early on—you’ll coordinate property viewings and tenant meetings on your own. But don’t worry: you’ll ease into the role step by step, and the team will be there to support you.

EBZ Campus Vocational School

You’ll attend classes in blocks at the EBZ campus in Bochum. The school specializes in the housing and real estate industry. There, you’ll study alongside apprentices from all over Germany and build connections that will be invaluable later on. We’ll cover all tuition, room, and board costs.
