New Daycare Center for Rheindorf
We are building a new daycare center on Bodestraße with eight groups and space for up to 160 children. The educational layout focuses on bright, welcoming, and clearly structured areas that provide the children with a sense of direction and security, as well as a variety of opportunities for playing, learning, and resting.
The daycare center will be built using a modular construction method. This design approach not only shortens the construction timeline but also ensures a high standard of workmanship. Sustainability plays a central role in the new building: a green roof and the installation of solar panels support energy-efficient and resource-conserving operations.
The result is a modern, accessible space that provides children with the best possible conditions for their development, supports families in their daily lives, and strengthens the neighborhood as a vibrant community hub in the long term.
This daycare center is one of two that we will be building in Leverkusen by 2029 as part of our current planning phase.
